Tip to boost your Liver Qi this Spring

 

Spring up your Liver Qi with a gentle boost

 

The liver resonates with the spring season. If the liver is not balanced during this time, we feel more fatigued, stressed, frustrated and generally not balanced.
In TCM, liver support is needed if we notice the following:

 

  • Lack of flexibility or tendon related issues
  • Feeling angry or frustrated more often
  • Dry hair
  • Irregular periods
  • Dry eyes
  • High cholestero

 

One easy tip to stimulate the Liver meridian

 
Take a hairbrush with soft round bristles and knock or tap along the inside of the thighs and claves, beginning upwards from the ankles. This can be done for 3-5 mins to help stimulate the liver meridian as well as relax the liver while the Qi flows far more freely.


Drink Dandelion tea to enhance liver function.
