Support your physical, emotional & spiritual needs with somatic movement therapy. Programs are tailored to individual needs, to support physical stress, tension and trauma held in the body. Sessions are grounded in mind/body connection to support a persons emotions, mind, body, and spirit in the healing process.
Movement therapy will include a gentle mix of restorative yoga stretches, breath work, combined with Qigong movements for healthy healing & create a sense of freedom within the body.
