Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest healing systems. Ayur means life, and veda means knowledge, translating as the “the knowledge of life”. This ayurvedic treatment is a holistic approach that focuses on preventative care rather than cure, treating the body and mind holistically. Clients are offered a massage program based on their individual constitution, as well as given positive solutions to help them take action to manage stress, and maintain optimal health.
Ayurveda massages suit individual needs and constitution, balancing mind and body with various massage techniques. Oils used in the massages are as nature intended (natural herbs, and organic), and specifically blended according to the unique body type to encourage deep healing processes while emotional toxicity is also released.
Studies show with regular Ayurveda massages, there is improvement with health. Massage strokes can be deep to superficial, and move with the flow of nerve pathways, and energy channels, varying from deep pressure, to delicate strokes. Working with the vital marma points, similar to acupressure points, the body is then guided to restoration and emotional well-being. A maintenance program is highly recommended with massage to see full and long term benefits. Bespoke service is offered.

Why choose Ayurveda Massage rather than a regular massage?
Ayurveda massage offers a complete nourishing and holistic approach. This treatment relieves emotional stress just as much as physical stress - creating an awareness, and inner connection at the same time.
During a regular massage, a practitioner tends to use their hands or forearms, possibly combined with the use of an essential oil or lotion. With an Ayurveda treatment, pure herbal or essential oil blends are necessary for the body’s vital energy points as well as the skin, blood, joints and muscles.
Ayurveda massage is often referred to as an “oil massage” as it embodies warm medicinal oils to suit an individual’s health needs and constitution.
What Our Clients Say
“After suffering with lower back and sciatic pain for over 15 years following an accident I was diagnosed with arthritis and sacrioilitis. I went through a number of medical interventions and was reliant on pain medication to manage day to day life. My treatments with Sukh has helped resolve the physical pain completely. This alongside all of the health and general wellbeing advice and support Sukh continues to provide me has been a life changing experience”
K Wick, Hitchin
“I have received a couple of treatments with the ampcoil and can already feel the benefits. In fact, I felt an improvement within 48 hours. As an added bonus the treatment itself is completely non-intrusive and relaxing. I look forward to my session every time. I have better energy, and feel so much better already"
Alexia Angelis, Hertfordshire
“Sukh is such a joy. She always has a way of reframing or simplifying the things that I make too big in my head into little gold dust! Thanks for everything, Sukh!”
